Hosted Address Management Application Available For Leading On-Demand Customer Relationship Management Solution

Capscan, the leading supplier of international address management solutions and data integrity services, today announced that it has developed an on-demand address management application for Salesforce. The application enables complete verification and enhancement of business information within an on-demand environment, ensuring that only complete and accurate address and contact information is added to the Salesforce service.

By using Capscan's hosted on-demand application users can ensure that address and contact information within Salesforce is up-to-date and accurate, with abbreviations, mis-spellings and incomplete addresses quickly identified and corrected by comparing data against the Royal Mail's PAF file of 27 million UK addresses. The on-demand application enables the linking together of customer data from numerous sources such as existing call centres, the Internet and legacy systems. By helping to maintain a high data quality, this will improve follow-up of sales leads and customer service activity.
