Matchcode Names
Using the National Canvasse Lifestyle database supplied under license from Experian, Matchcode Names links the contact name to the relevant household PAF address and allows the householders' names to be used as part of an interactive or batch search for the address. This not only increases match rates, but also allows misspellings in both the name and the address to be corrected.
Transposed names (e.g. "John Smith Mr." or "Mr. Smith John") and mis-spelt names can be identified by Matchcode Names' unique “fuzzy matching” process. Matchcode Names incorporates special name matching and scoring routines that help to ensure the best possible result is returned in each case. In Batch mode, it can dramatically improve the number of computer-readable records by producing names as well as addresses to increase the matching success rate of mailings.
* Matchcode is also available in on-demand mode as a hosted service (SaaS). Click here for more information on Capscan OnDemand.
