Capscan Previews Global Address Management Solution at Technology for Marketing 2005 - Stand A25, Olympia, London, 8-9 February 2005
Capscan, a leading supplier of UK and international address management solutions, today announced that it will be previewing a new version of Matchcode International on Stand A25 at this year's Technology for Marketing. Its flagship address management solution incorporates address data for over 240 countries and offers UK marketers unrivalled breadth and depth of coverage in global address management.
"Capscan will be demonstrating how advances in international address management can significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of worldwide direct marketing campaigns," states the Capscan Managing Director, Terry Hiles.
Matchcode International ensures that databases are populated with only accurate and correctly formatted international address details, by taking input address details and matching these to validated postal information found in the relevant country file. It also adds missing address components, corrects misspellings and validates (or adds) local delivery codes, which all results in the database containing accurate postal information.
In addition Capscan, who opened new offices in Manchester and Edinburgh in 2004, will be showing its new deduplication software, MatchManager, and Capscan Bureau Services division's NCOA (National Change of Address) processing service for Austria, Canada, Germany, the US and the UK. With NCOA, Capscan can check address data against the latest relocation information and replace the old addresses with new ones, to keep address files accurate and up-to-date. This reduces the cost and effort of address maintenance whilst increasing the effectiveness of direct marketing practices.
