Capscan And Uniserv Collaborate To Unlock ‘The Magic Of Data Quality’
Gartner Customer Relationship Management Summit, 16th and 17th March 2010
Capscan, a leading provider of international address management software and data integrity services and its partner Uniserv, Europe's largest specialised supplier of data quality solutions, today announces co-sponsorship of the Gartner Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Summit 2010. Both organisations will demonstrate the magic of data quality and how it is the foundation of successful CRM and the effective use of related tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM and Oracle Siebel CRM. The event takes place on the 16th and 17th March at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.
Contact data is the lifeblood of an enterprise-wide data quality management (DQM) strategy. Businesses that base their decisions and processes on consistent, complete, consolidated and trustworthy data, operate more successfully than others and achieve better results, faster. At the Gartner CRM Summit, Capscan and Uniserv will demonstrate how the Data Quality Life Cycle sets out the stages and processes integral to ensuring high standards of data quality: cleansing, verifying, matching, consolidating, integrating and enhancing data.
“CRM strategies and tools support a single view of the customer, which in turn delivers improved customer service, better results for marketing campaigns and new business opportunities,” says Sales Director of Capscan, David Mead. “Introducing a DQM strategy and understanding the Data Quality Life Cycle ensures that the customer contact data entering the CRM database is valid, up-to-date and complete, delivering the best advantage for achieving superior CRM. Other benefits of DQM include an improved company image, compliance with Data Protection Law, a reduction in mailing costs and a lower risk of identity fraud.”
Capscan and Uniserv solutions help marketing and customer service professionals to realise CRM success by optimising the contact data contained within the customer database. Exclusively sold by Capscan in the UK, Uniserv’s post and mail software for SAP® desktop, web and on-demand applications ensure that only validated and complete addresses are entered into the CRM database, improving the effectiveness and accuracy of marketing and targeting campaigns, as well as enhancing operational processes.
At the Summit, Uniserv will also be talking about its DQ Connector Real-Time for Oracle Siebel CRM. Due for general availability in March 2010, it enables the seamless integration in Oracle Siebel CRM 8.0. The Connector is suitable for both product lines of Siebel Business Applications, i.e. for Siebel Enterprise Applications and Siebel Industry Applications.
Capscan will be focusing on the plug-in versions of its popular contact data validation tools, including Matchcode and Zapcode, which are available for all of the leading CRM platforms, including Matchcode for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM. These tools ensure that only complete, valid and accurate addresses are entered into the database through the platform. Recently enhanced with International address data for 190 countries, Matchcode for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM enables contact centres and sales and marketing teams to improve forward planning of international campaigns, develop better customer service and achieve a comprehensive view of the customer base. This is achieved through the accurate capture and validation of international contact data within the market leading CRM platform.
‘British Champion of close-up magic’ Chris Priest, will also be at the Capscan and Uniserv stand at the Summit to entertain visitors. The Gartner CRM Summit 2010 takes place on the 16th and 17th March at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, for further information, please visit the website.
