Capscan and Uniserv to Unravel the Mystery of International Data Quality for CRM at Gartner Summit

Capscan, a leading provider of international address management software and data quality services and its partner Uniserv, Europe's largest specialised supplier of data quality solutions, today announces co-sponsorship of the Gartner Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Summit 2011. Both sponsors will focus on how an international data quality strategy for popular systems – such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, salesforce.com and SAP® – can optimise and stabilise the relationships with an organisation’s global customer base.

The growing requirement for international data quality management (IDQM) has been fuelled by the strengthening position of e-commerce and the enterprise rollout of CRM software by multinational companies.
