Capscan Launches New International Addressing 'Pay-Per-Search' Address Service Portal

On-Demand Service Provides Affordable And Cost-effective International Address Data Cleansing And Enhancement For Companies Of All Sizes

Capscan, a leading supplier of International address management solutions and data integrity services, today announced that it has launched a new addressing 'pay-per-search' Address Service Portal (ASP) service, providing online address capture and validation for Europe. The first in a number of planned on-demand address management services from Capscan, the new hosted service is ideally suited to businesses that do not wish to incur the cost of an initial software investment or the inherent risk of implementing enterprise applications.

With the new 'pay-per-search' service, users only pay for what is used, providing affordable and cost-effective international addressing for companies of all sizes and low-to-medium volume users. A single fee allows users to access the ASP service with a limited number of look-ups included, which can be used for any of the 14 major European countries including; Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

"The new service makes international address management accessible to companies of all sizes, especially SMEs and small volume users. It removes the traditional barriers to entry and allows businesses to access affordable and cost-effective address management. Enhancement services such as Geocoding (the allocation of latitude-longitude co-ordinates to an address) are also available with the ASP along with additional address information from unique data tables, which enhance the quality of information contained in the original postal authority address files. It is accessed through the Graphical User Interface (GUI) of Capscan's flagship address management solution, Matchcode, making it easy to install and use.
