Capscan Targets The Region’s SME Sector at B2B North West

On stand 166 at B2B North West, Capscan, a leading supplier of international address management solutions and data integrity services, will demonstrate how SMEs can now manage a data quality programme.  Visitors will see how Capscan’s range of on-demand, enterprise implementation and bureau-based products and services can deliver the cost and efficiency gains typically associated with larger organisations. 

Voted the Best Address Management Software at the 2006 Marketing Direct SMART Awards, the Capscan portfolio includes the hosted addressing service, Capscan OnDemand, the online data cleansing and suppression service Capscan Integrity and its global addressing products, Matchcode International and Matchcode International for the Web.

“All businesses want to improve the quality of customer and prospect data and of course reduce unnecessary mailing costs,” explains Managing Director of Capscan, Terry Hiles states, “Today there are many different ways to access, pay for and benefit from address management, At B2B North West we will be advising how to make the right decision.”

Capscan is offering visitors to stand 166 a free data health check of address records for up to 1,000 addresses, providing a full report stating how accurate and up-to-date the data is. Following the check, Capscan will clean the records to provide full, complete and formatted addresses.

Visitors will also be given the chance to win a crate of fine wine courtesy of Capscan in the show’s prize draw.
