Capscan, the leading supplier of international address management solutions and data integrity services today announced that the first unveiling of its on-demand address management application for Salesforce.com will take place on stand A20 at Technology for Marketing (TFM) 2006. The application provides Salesforce users with cost-effective access to addresses, business, lifestyle and geographic information within an on-demand environment.

By using Capscan's hosted on-demand application Salesforce users can ensure that address and contact information within Salesforce is up-to-date and accurate, with abbreviations, mis-spellings and incomplete addresses quickly identified and corrected by comparing data against the Royal Mail's PAF file of 27 million UK addresses. Managing Director of Capscan, Terry Hiles explains, "The on-demand application enables the linking together of customer data from numerous sources such as existing call centres, the Internet and legacy systems. By helping to maintain a high data quality, this will improve follow-up of sales leads and customer service activity."

Along with being available directly from Capscan, the service is to be available on Salesforce.com's Appexchange, allowing potential users to test drive and subsequently install it into their application at the touch of a button.

Also on stand A20 will be Capscan's International Addressing 'pay-per-search' on-demand service, as well as its Matchcode, Zapcode and Nearcode solutions.
