Cost-efficient Address Management Now Available for Salesforce.com Users

AppExchange allows users to browse, test, share and install applications on the Salesforce.com platform. The addition enables users to utilise cost-effective address data validation and enhancement.
Capscan OnDemand for Salesforce.com delivers complete address verification and enhancement of business information ensuring that only complete and accurate address and contact information is added to Salesforce.com. Abbreviations, mis-spellings and incomplete addresses are all quickly identified and corrected by comparing the data against the Royal Mail’s PAF file of 27 million UK addresses. By helping to maintain a high data quality, the follow-up of sales leads and customer service activity is considerably enhanced.
