Capscan Earns Certified Partner Status In Microsoft Partner Program
Capscan, a leading supplier of international address management software and data integrity services, today announced it has earned Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program, which recognises Capscan’s expertise and impact in the technology marketplace. As a Certified Partner, Capscan has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and proven ability to meet customer needs. Microsoft Certified Partners receive a rich set of benefits, including access, training and support, giving them a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
The achievement follows the launch of Capscan’s Matchcode for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM plug-in earlier this year, which ensures that the customer database contains only high quality contact data, validated against the Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File (PAF). The software enables contact centres and sales and marketing teams to improve forward planning of campaigns, develop better customer service and achieve a comprehensive view of the customer base, through the accurate capture and validation of UK contact data within the market leading CRM platform. In addition to PAF, Matchcode for Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM also supports other useful datasets such as D&B business data, Experian National Canvasse names data, Local Authority data and Geocodes.

As one of the requirements for earning Certified Partner status, Capscan has declared a Microsoft Competency. Microsoft Competencies are designed to help differentiate a partner’s capabilities with specific Microsoft technologies to customers looking for a particular type of solution. Each competency has a unique set of requirements and benefits, formulated to accurately represent the specific skills and services that partners bring to the technology industry.
The Data Management Solutions Competency is designed for partners that have proven their competency in end-to-end data-management reporting and analysis solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, and Microsoft Office System client tools. These partners have also proven expertise in implementing solutions focused on delivering migration tools and services, database- administration tools and services, and performance tools using SQL Server technology.
