Batch Cleansing System (BCS) for mySAP™ Business Suite is a user-friendly ‘work bench’ for batch processing data in SAP® applications. It allows you to carry out data migrations, cleanse and check existing databases, and inspect data against reference files, within your SAP® system. It also simplifies the import and export of data, whilst allowing you to validate data at the same time. If there is doubt as to whether an individual record is a duplicate or not, you can carry out manual processing, using ambiguity lists, before making a final decision.

BCS integrates with both the postal validation and error-tolerant searches in a SAP® system. The graphical user interface (GUI) has been designed with the ‘look and feel’ of existing SAP® applications and can be used as a stand alone application or integrated with other applications such as post for mySAP™ Business Suite and/or mail for mySAP™ Business Suite.

BCS offers you ease of integration, high speed batch cleansing of data, and a high level of flexibility when creating and running batch jobs, all in a familiar SAP® environment. It can be used with SAP® R/3 release 4.6 C or higher, mySAP ERP and mySAP CRM release 4.0 or higher, and is also available for industry specific solutions such as IS-M and IS-U.
