This Helpline service is available between normal UK business working hours of 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.
What's more, customers can also access online documentation and other value added resources via the Web. Full online documentation on our range of products, utilities and patches, full release software and FAQs are available to customers via our password protected Extranet system.
