This Helpline service is available during UK office hours - 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, weekdays excluding public holidays.

What's more, customers can also access online documentation and other value added resources via the Web. Full online documentation on our range of products, utilities and patches, full release software and FAQs are available to customers via our password protected Extranet system.
